A few things I enjoyed from the internets this would that I thought you might like too!

This podcast with Tim Ferriss and Marie Kondo. She sounds so dreamy speaking her native Japanese!

I made these Loaded Potato Wedges for a dinner party recently. Boy were they good! And even better for breakfast the next morning.

Thanks for the heads up on the Marie Kondo podcast! I listened to it in the car during my work commute this weekend. J’adore her book and spark joy mantra, as well as her precious voice.

Those potato wedges sound yummy. I’m making out my grocery list, including jicama, to make My Montanna Kitchen’s Jicama Chili Cheese Fries (THM S!!!), yes please. Have you used jicama before? Looking to also make Oh Sweet Mercy’s Loaded Sweet Potato Fries (THM E — do you struggle with E meals?). I miss your THM Menus/What I Ate On THM This Week on La Slim Femme!! Good stuff.
