Handy-Dandy Habits Flowcharts

Over at Charles Duhigg’s website, there are two handy-dandy flowcharts you can print out.

Once again, Charles Duhigg is the author of  The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business. Yesterday I picked this book up from the library to re-read, so I can offer more goodies from the book into this 31 day treatise on habits.
