1) I needed a few household items so I placed a Grove order: bulk Castile soap (for hands and all-purpose cleaning) and bulk dish soap. I had a $30 credit so my stuff was only $2 plus they included a free girly organic soap. I love this company.
2) I reviewed a book I read on Amazon and the author sent me a $10 gift certificate. I plan on ordering Fiona Ferris‘ new book, Thirty Chic Days with it.
3) Started homeschool yesterday with the two youngest kids, FREE, thanks to DiscoveryK12.com (not a government school, it’s a non-common core traditional program)
4) I listed a book on BookMooch.com, which will turn into a free book for me. Thanks to Stacy for telling me about them!
5) I sent a request to my Secondsies stylist (it’s like StitchFix except for thrifting!). I am in desperate need of a good white tee.
6) I’m still using my hacked lipstick even though I’m getting really tired of the color.
Ok that’s more than 5 things. I needed to signal my virtuousness with that last one.
Let us know how you make out with Secondsies, please. I’m on the fence… I read “the frugal girl” post regarding them, just not sure if it’s worth the money to me.
